A Shocking Quiz - How Do You Measure Up?

This is not your ordinary quiz like, ‘Who built the ark?’

We’ve all heard abundant teachings about success, career, money, relationships and many more ‘contemporary’ subjects – but how well do you know your Bible?

Did you know the Bible discusses many important topics?

Here are some;

1. Why does the Bible say that we need to work out our salvation with fear and trembling? (Philippians 2:12)

2. What is the blank from this verse, “grace and_____ came through Jesus Christ” (John 1:17). Why is blank needed to understand grace? What happens to grace if blank is missing?

3. What does the Bible say will happen to those who fail to love the truth? (2 Thessalonians 2:10)

4. Who is Jesus talking to when He says, “I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers?” (Matthew 7:23)

5. What is the Lamb’s Book of Life and whose names are written in it?  (Revelation 21:27) What happens if your name is not written in it?

6. What happens if you don’t receive Jesus as your Lord and Saviour?

7. What does a holy life look like and what does the fruit of the believer resemble after true repentance?

8. What did Jesus mean when He said, “There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day.” John 12:48

9. What is meant by sheep and goats? Who do they represent?

10. Who is Folly and what are her devices, and how does she differ from Wisdom?

11. What is idolatry? Does it exist today?

12. You’ve heard the saying, “no sin is worse than another sin – it’s all the same” followed by quoting Romans 3:23 … but is this the full story?

13. What does the Bible mean when it says, “Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

14. Is God really going to pour out His judgment upon the world – and has this happened yet or is it still to come?

15. What is the second death and who will escape it?

16. Does God promise abundant financial wealth to every believer? If so, where is this written?

17. What happens after the angel swings the sickle on the earth? (Revelation 14:19)

18. Who are the lukewarm mentioned in Revelation 3? Those inside the church, or outside the church? What happens to them?

19. What is the lake of fire and who will be going there?

20. Does God’s love and grace mean that no one will perish? If not, why?

Professing Christian – If you couldn’t answer most of the above questions, then please go back to question 1 and find out the answer.

Working out our salvation with fear and trembling is serious business.

Professing Christian – If you don’t care about knowing the answers and anger rises up within you for me asking such questions, then you need to ask yourself why. Do you really know and love Jesus? The Jesus of the Bible?

The purpose of this quiz is to make you face just a few of the topics that churches are not teaching on. The Bible says a lot more than what you are probably hearing in your church, and every word that is written will come to pass! Every word is true and will act as judge on judgment day.

It’s up to you to receive it – or reject it.
